I am not going to lie. I wouldn’t mind having gotten a Beta Key. Although I never knew what a Beta Key was until StarCraft 2, LOL. I feel shame for typing it into a google search once….SHAME

I have wanted to play it since they announced it. In all fairness the general release was anticipated for a while and kept getting delayed. I loved the original as a kid. The game will be released Tuesday so I am sure I will survive.

Guess I will just have to spend time outdoors and playing with my Kid until then….

WOW lol had a god time reading this. I guess id fit in the first group because i thought that if u preordered the game u were guarnteed acces to the beta but i was wron o well. The games almos out and i wasnt bummed out that i didnt get the invite it was more of a ” o well type situation.” Cant wait to dominate on battle.net as CR0NIX which also happens to have a number zero instead of an o because it is true all usernames are taken now a days my usernmae is supposed to start with a k lol but using a c and a zero was as normal looking as i could get it look. lol

Awesome article; although yeah, not getting a key does suck, just like everything else, there will be some people who complain about it. The larger the fan-base, the more people will be on the internet whining about it.

Hey! What you’ve got against l33t? I’m old enough to remember when it was fun! Good times of SC1, IRC and Lan parties. None of this twitter, blogs and Facebook nonsense. And way less stupid kiddies on the web (those that were on the web were the smart ones).
